Born in Los Angeles, inspired by Spain. La Sobremesa is about the long lunch that lingers — the conversations after the plates clear. We’re reimagining Spain’s classic Tinto de Verano as an Iberico Tinto Spritz: clean, citrus-forward, and refreshingly unpretentious.
